Can I change the wording on the card?

Yes! The text on all of my cards can be personalised to suit. Simply follow the personalisation instructions in the listing which usually asks you to enter the age, the name of the child and the wording you would like.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing times vary prior to dispatch, however the most upto date processing time can be found on each individual listing. All orders are dispatched via royal mail 1st class as standard post, which is not a tracked service. Royal Mail 1st class delivery has an estimated delivery time of 1 working days. However this can be influenced by the continuous pressures experienced by Royal Mail. We therefore cannot guarantee cards to arrive by a specific time and would recommend ordering with plenty of time for delivery. Royal Mail sadly do not consider items to be lost until 10 working days have passed. Please contact me to discuss upgrading postage to Guaranteed Delivery or a Tracked Service if you have a tight delivery time frame.

Can I return my item?

Yes! Please get in touch with me ASAP if you wish to return your item. Return charges are to be paid by the buyer.

I put in the wrong delivery address - can I change it?

Yes, aslong as your item has not yet been dispatched I can change your delivery address! Please message me ASAP.

Yes, aslong as your card has not yet been made I can change your requested personalisation. Please message me ASAP.

Can I request a different design?

Sadly at the moment, I am unable to take custom requests for designs of cards.
