The package wasn't picked up by the buyer

I don't take responsibility for the packages, which weren't pick up by the buyer. If you didn't pick your order up on time and it was returned to me, refund can be available ONLY when the package was received by me. The refund includes ONLY the cost of the item, not the shipping costs! If the tracking shows that the package is still in transit, you have to wait. I don't refund if I don't receive the item! Additionally, the buyer will have to cover the costs of the return of the package!

Please contact the postal service with the tracking number for your order, they can assist you in locating your package if it hasn't moved in a while. I do not have any additional information beyond what tracking states

Will I pay customs and import fees?

The buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. If these charges are not paid, the buyer may be held liable for payment, and the seller reserves the right to pursue claims against the buyer for any unpaid amounts or resulting damages.

My package shows delivered but I haven't received it.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything I'm able to do once your package shows delivered. Once packages are dropped at the post office I am not liable for lost orders, but I always try my best to assist when I'm able.

Can I make an address change?

If your order hasn't shipped- please send me a message stating that you'd like to change the address and I'll make sure to ship it to the new address provided If your order has already shipped- I cannot change the destination of your order once it's already shipped. You'll need to give your previous address your forwarding address to get your package. Packages will not be replaced if customer provides the incorrect mailing address. Please double check your address before placing your order.
