I can't access my spreadsheet or it opens in view only mode

Unfortunately, Google Sheets can be a bit glitchy from time to time. If it does not open, or if it opens in a view only mode try the following: In the top toolbar, click “File” → “Make a copy”. This will create a copy of the spreadsheet that will provide you with full access. If that does not work try the troubleshooting options down below. - Open the spreadsheet from a computer or laptop - Make sure there is enough space on your Google Drive - Try a different browser - Make sure you are logged into Google Sheets If after you have tried all options above you are still experiencing issues be sure to reach out to us on Etsy so we can assist you further.

I have trouble downloading my files

You can find your download here https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you would like to access your download on your phone or tablet be sure to copy and paste this link in your mobile browser (Safari or Google Chrome) as Etsy does not allow you to download your purchase through the Etsy app. If you don't have an account you will receive a download link via e-mail. If you still have trouble downloading your item send us a message and we'll send it to you by e-mail.

Can I use the spreadsheets with Excel instead of Google Sheets?

All our spreadsheets available in our store are specifically designed for Google Sheets and will not function properly on Excel. While Google Sheets and Excel are similar programmes, they have large differences in their formulas and how formulas are set up. When a spreadsheet is exported to an Excel format the formulas won’t translate with it properly and the spreadsheet will not function as designed. For that reason we highly recommend not to export your spreadsheet and to only use the spreadsheet in Google Sheets.

Can I customise the spreadsheet?

At this moment we don't accept any requests for customising spreadsheets, however, you are of course free to edit and make modifications to the spreadsheet yourself! We have added warnings to the spreadsheets that will prevent you from making changes to any formulas that would alter the function of the spreadsheet. However, the spreadsheet is not locked and you will be able to make any changes as you see fit!

Can I return or exchange my spreadsheet?

Due to the digital nature of this product we cannot offer any returns or refunds. Once a purchase has been downloaded you will always have access to your purchase. If you made a purchase by accident be sure not to download your purchase. We will be able to check in our dashboard if the purchase has been downloaded. We will only be able to cancel your purchase if none of our products in your purchase has been downloaded.

I love the spreadsheet and the seller was very responsive to a question I had. I love the transactions log and the video makes great explanations of how to use the spreadsheet. I think My only remaining goal is to keep my bucket category totals from month to month - for things like saving for bigger bills that are only paid once or twice a year. EDIT* Seller reached out to improve my experience and taught me that by making the transfer to my sinking fund account name - not the name of the physical account - this would perform the function I need. Thanks so much for your time and attention to detail!
