MONDAY - FRIDAY 9 am - 5 pm (Central Standard Time, US Chicago) SATURDAY closed SUNDAY closed We do not process orders on federal holidays. During business hours, I answer messages as promptly as possible, usually within 24 hours. This could be a bit longer during extremely busy seasons.

Are your bookplates self-adhesive? Are they removable?

Yes, all bookplates are "peel and stick" style, made with stationery quality papers and label sheets. The adhesive is permanent. Choose placement carefully (we suggest writing your name before adhering to the page), as once they are "stuck" in a book, they cannot be removed without damage to the page.

Can you add my message to the interior of my cards?

Yes. And No. Between January 1 and August 31, we welcome custom projects like this. There is an additional fee involved which we will discuss before any order is placed. September 1 through December 31 is "high" season. We cannot take on special projects during this time. Thank you for understanding.

What is your holiday shipping schedule for 2026?

All orders placed on our before December 15 will ship before Christmas. Please note that this DOES NOT GUARANTEE delivery by December 25. Place your orders early for the best chance of delivery before Christmas! After December 15, we will be taking our annual family time for the holidays. IMPORTANT: Orders placed DECEMBER 16, 2026 - JANUARY 4, 2027 will start shipping on January 5, 2027. Happy Holidays!!
