How long will it take to receive my artwork?

We use FedEx International Priority (3-10 business days) because it is the only premium service that guarantees your piece safely crosses borders. We do not choose the cheapest option, but the most reliable and accountable one for your investment. USA: 3-5 business days | Europe: 5-7 | World: 7-10. Physical Address Only: FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. A physical address and phone number are mandatory. Customs: ArMoniZar is not responsible for lunexpected customs delays. ⚠️ IMPORTANT – DELIVERY PREFERENCE: By default, we ship to your physical address with a required signature. If you prefer to pick up your package at a "FedEx Hold at Location" (HAL), you must notify us via message immediately after purchase.

Is it damage if small wood fragments are in the box?

No, this is not considered damage. Our pieces are made with authentic, natural willow branches. As the wood completes its natural drying process and settles during transit, it is normal for tiny, excess organic fragments or small bits of bark to release. This is a natural behavior of raw wood and does not affect the structural integrity or beauty of your artwork. Simply shake the piece gently upon arrival. Your artwork remains in perfect condition, carrying the rustic and pure essence of the Andes to your home.
