What is your return policy?

We do accept returns! For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in all of the original packaging (including any plastic wrapping). If you’d like to initiate a return, please message us prior to mailing so we can provide the correct return address. Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped to our store. Tracking needs to be provided as soon as the return is shipped and a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for canvases as the shipping and handling is not cost effective in any case. As always, message us anytime!

Do you offer a framing option?

We just started listing framed canvases! At this time, these are the only framed options we offer. As per the description, frames are not included with poster prints and display photos with frames are for mockup purposes only. We've been recommending vossington.com and finerworks.com for oak wood frames similar to the ones shown in our photos. We've also had many customers find amazing framing options at Michaels or Hobby Lobby for art prints. If you'd like one of our pieces in a framed canvas, please reach out! We'll get it listed for you immediately. Thank you for browsing our store.

What if my item arrives damaged?

All damaged, defective, and incorrect items are eligible for full replacement or reimbursement. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us with a description of the damage and send pictures of your damaged order via Etsy's messaging system within 72 hours of delivery. Additionally, there will be no need to send the damaged items back.

How will my order be packaged?

We protect our fine art paper prints by placing them in a plastic bag before shipping. After being bagged, the rolled prints are packaged inside sturdy triangular cardboard boxes for minimal risk of damage. Our stretched canvas prints are bagged in a protective plastic layer, and then sealed in a standard cardboard box before shipping. Larger prints may require some time to relax before framing. They are rolled to prevent creasing or folding during shipment. We suggest un-rolling your print and let them rest for a day or two in a safe place. After relaxing, your print should be much flatter and ready to frame. You could also use weights, like books, to speed up the relaxing process, just be careful with the edges.

Copyright © Blue Coastal Prints owns the rights to use these images commercially. We're committed to creating artwork that brings the ocean's incredible scenery and moments to life. We use graphic design software and tools, like Photoshop, that allow us to create beautiful artwork for people's homes, offices, nursery rooms, and vacation rentals.

As graphic designers, we enjoy creating landscapes drawn from our most favorite places on earth, bringing those cherished moments on the beach into our homes. Traditional graphic design software is increasingly implementing AI technology in their systems and it's important to mention we use these tools in our creative process. Every piece is thoughtfully designed with intention and created to reflect the inspiration we find in the world around us.

If you have any questions about our process, please feel free to ask. We hope you enjoy our collection of ocean-inspired art as much as we do. Thank you for exploring with us. Sincerely, Jake & Jessie
