All items are made to order, so each order takes one business day for processing. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Lost & Missing Orders

If your order doesn’t arrive, we’ll provide a fully tracked replacement or a full refund. In the event that a replacement is sent and the original item arrives later, there's no need to return either item. This policy is in addition to Etsy’s own customer protection policy, which ensures you either receive your item or a full refund.

We accept returns with pleasure! To qualify, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The item should be unworn (though trying it on is fine), and not washed or dirty. We’re happy to offer an exchange for a different size or color, or a full refund. Please note, we cannot cover the cost of returning the item to us. However, if you choose to exchange, we will cover the cost of sending a new item to you. To initiate a return, please contact us through Etsy.

All of our items are unisex! Check the product listing for a detailed size guide and exact measurements. Care Instructions Your item is covered for up to 20 washes. To keep it in the best condition: • Wash inside-out at 30ºC (low) on a gentle cotton wash • Tumble dry on low • Iron inside out, avoiding the design area • Do not dry clean

We use two printing techniques: • Direct-to-garment (DTG) for detailed and complex designs, where the design is printed directly onto the fabric, creating a professional finish. • Vinyl (Heat transfer) for simple single-color text designs, where a heat press transfers the design onto the fabric, creating a bold, precise result. We use eco-friendly, water-based inks for sustainability. Wholesale, Bulk Orders & Printing Services We are happy to take on wholesale and bulk orders, as well as custom printing services. Please reach out to us through Etsy with as much detail as possible for a quote or inquiry.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, messaging, or special packaging. However, rest assured that we will never include an invoice inside your parcel!
