Item arrived damaged as soon as I removed it from the package. The pin was completely broken off/detached. The Seller only refunded the price before taxes and shipping, stating that "it was a cost to them", however, it was shipped and arrived damaged. I was excited to add this to my collection of candles. I should have purchased from my usual seller . Such a waste of time.

wow. I am so sorry you feel this way. so sorry. I wish you would let me make it right and send you a new one, but you demanded a refund and that is what I did. Shipping is FREE for all my customers so I’m not sure what to say about that. Again, my apologies it arrived damaged but that is completely out of my control. Best of luck to you. Thank you, Jimene
