I love this bag! It is made of lovely soft leather. When it's full (think iPad, a book, some shopping) it's a big bag, but when it has just the normal stuff in it, it's just a nice normal size. It is beautiful, and Karen's customer service is excellent. I will look at her site first before I buy leather goods again.
