Q: My acrylic looks dull and scratched, what's going on?

A: It’s likely the protective film is still on! Some of our acrylics come with a thin film to prevent scratches during transit. Once you peel it off, you’ll see the smooth, shiny finish underneath. If you're unsure how to remove it, we have quick demos on our social media. Check out our Instagram @inketchuk for a step-by-step guide. Give it a try, and if you need any help, just let us know!

Q: How long does shipping take and can I upgrade my shipping?

A: For UK orders, we use Royal Mail 24, so your order should arrive the next working day after the 3-day dispatch time - please note, this is not a guaranteed next-day service so we can't refund for late arrivals For international orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked, which usually takes 5-10 working days. DO NOT BE SCAM BY THIS SELLER!! The advertisement regarding the size of the brows are completely false. They will send you the cheapest made item and a small size brows. After you send in a request for a refund they would say If you space the brows apart than the brows is a larger in size because of the space distance between the brows. Worst of all Etsy won’t allow customers for refund. My 1st time buying from this customer and Etsy. Shame on Etsy for letting this happened.

I ordered this product and saw the one photo of the example showing the 70 cm width saying the full length with the gap in between is 70cm and showed one “eye brow/lash” being 29.5cm. So with that knowledge I decided to order the 90cm size because I wanted them bigger for my wall. My order came in and I sent a message over 2 weeks ago because they were smaller and I measured them and they are only 27.5 cm long each. So I paid so much money for 90cm and didn’t even get that size let alone the next size down .. without and response from the company.
