TURNAROUND TIME:
- All items in my shop are handmade by myself in Washington and made to order.
- For pearl jewelry, the large and more complex the design the longer it takes to make. Earrings typically takes less than a week, while bracelet and necklace might take 1-2 weeks. Please contact me if you need it by a specific time.
- Custom made pieces generally takes 1-2 weeks after design is finalized, longer if I need to source out of stock material.
RETURN:
For pearl jewelry in my shop, I offer 14 days for exchange, and 3 months of free repair and/or replacement for quality issues that are not due to improper care. For care related issues with either metal, pearls or other beads, I offer repair and/or replacement with fee, on a case-by-case basis.
