If you're looking for a safe and non toxic way to fill your home with wonderful aromas then you've come to the right place! Rugged is proud to use only natural ingredients in our simmer pots. All fruits are dried in house while some herbs and spices are gathered locally when available.
What the heck is this? How does it work?
We create simmer pot kits featuring herbs, spices and dried fruits ready to be poured into a pot of water to release a pleasant aroma. Pour your kit into a pot of water, bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add additional water as needed, you don't want your pot to burn dry!! The simmer will release pleasant scents in your home all day. You can keep using this simmer pot until the aroma wears off.
Cinnamon & Clove (family favorite!) - Dried oranges, cinnamon sticks, and clove.
Lemon and Rosemary- Dried lemons, cinnamon sticks, Rosemary, and mint.
Apple & Nutmeg- Dried apples, Cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, and clove.
Autumn & Spice- Dried orange, dried apple, cinnamon, star anise, and pumpkin pie spice.
Citrus & Bay- Oranges, cinnamon, bay leaves, and nutmeg.
