Which brand do you use for adult t-shirts and adult sweatshirts and hoodies?

We mostly use Bella Canvas 3001 shirts and they are known for their quality and softness. For sweatshirts and hoodies, we use Gildan. They are extremely soft and our customers love it. Our apparel is unisex. We also use Comfort Color brand and this would be mentioned in the listing.

What size should I get?

Please take a look at the size chart in the photos of each listing. Lay your favorite t-shirt or sweatshirt at home and measure armpit to armpit to compare to the size chart.

Processing Time for apparel:

Our processing time is about 2-5 business days. During holidays, we may see a slight delay, please also expect USPS shipping delays as the amount of orders processed is slightly more.

How do I care for apparel items? Can I wash and dry?

Wash inside out, in cold water, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or let air dry Do not use Fabric Softeners or Bleach Do not dry clean. Avoid ironing on the design.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. Only if your item has a printing defect, we will send you a replacement or refund.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I get a replacement?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address. If your product was returned to the sender, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Do you accept cancellations?

No, unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order as we send it to production right away so it gets to you as soon as possible.

I ordered the wrong size/color or changed my mind, can I return it?

Since all our items are custom-printed once ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
