The shipping time depends on your location. Please keep in mind that these terms are not guaranteed and I cannot be responsible for delays. All orders are shipped via international registered airmail only by national postal services and are required to be signed by the recipient. In some locations the packages have to be collected at your local post office. Can I pay with my credit card without having a PayPal account?

Yes, you can pay with your credit/debit card without having a Paypal account, please follow the instructions below 1) When you're ready to check out, go to your Cart. 2) Choose PayPal as your payment method and click Check out with PayPal. 3) Once You're Redirected to PayPal, instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card. 4) You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information. 5) You'll need to enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt. 6) Click Continue to return to Etsy Checkout to review and click Submit Order on Etsy.

Returns and exchange details

I will offer you an exchange of the items or refund. Please contact me for a reason of return before shipping the item back. The customer is responsable for paying for return postage. Once I receive the item returned I will submit the refund within 7 business days. Please note that I do not refund the shipping dues. Shipping costs are also not refunded for uncollected or refused items.

Due to current situation in Ukraine the shipping time increased much, but still we do ship internationally and the packages reach our customers all over the world. To Europe, Canada, US it takes about one month at the moment. To other countries it may take longer then one month. During holiday period there can be delays as well, thank you.
