Returns & exchanges Conditions of return: All return items must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving your item for a full refund minus shipping costs. Will my piece look exactly the same as the product photos?

Whenever we can and depending on the destination, we send the rugs in tube format, depending on the model and destination, they can arrive folded. Don't worry! let the rug sit for a few days and it will look good again. To prevent liquids from falling or staining, they are always shipped covered in plastic.
