Do I need special software to use your digital downloads?

We want you to access your newly purchased files as easy as possible! Our instant personalizable digital downloads can be accessed with free programs like Adobe Reader for PDF’s or Canva that do not require a paid-for account. However, you will need to create a free Canva account to access and modify any Canva template.

Can I bundle products and supplies?

Absolutely! Please message us directly for special bundle pricing.

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging for special occasions? Do you offer rush shipping?

We would be happy to make your gift more special by adding gift wrapping, adding a special note and even adding special packing for shipping. Please note that a small fee for these services will apply. Message us directly for more information. Rush Shipping: All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days.

Can I request custom orders? What if my order is delayed, lost or stolen?

Absolutely! We are always happy to accommodate custom orders to the best of our ability. Please message us directly so we can discuss your specific needs. Shipping issues: Revived By Design OH is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Sizing details. What if my item is returned to seller/sender after it is shipped?

If you do not see the size that you want in a particular product, please message us and we would be happy to accommodate your request! Returned To Sender: If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

How can I get order updates on a custom or handmade order?

We take pride in our consistent communication with our customers during the purchasing, preparing and shipping process. We will routinely give you updates on where your product is in the process. How do I access my digital file?

If you purchased an instant digital download (not a Canva template), you will see an immediate “Download File” button in your purchases section of your Etsy Orders page. You will be prompted to save the file and then you can open it in the appropriate program, ie Canva, Excel, Notion, etc. Enjoy!💕

How do I access my digital TEMPLATE file?

Just like a digital download, you will find the PDF instructions for the template in your purchases section of your Etsy Orders page. Click on “Download File”. You will then be prompted to choose where you would like to save the PDF to. The PDF that you are downloading is simply the directions on how to access the template link, NOT the template itself. Once you have saved the template, you will be prompted to open the PDF instructions in the appropriate program, such as Adobe Reader. The PDF will give you instructions on how to access your digital template. There will be a link in the PDF to the template. Click the link and save a copy of the template for repeated future use! Enjoy! 😊

Do you offer returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery? What about refunds?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required.

How do I make sure you match my color theme exactly? Do you accept returns or cancellations on Digital Download Products?

The best way to make sure that your colors are matched as closely as possible is to send a) photos or b) links to items or colors that you're trying to match. You can send photo attachments or insert links in our message conversation both before and after you place an order. Digital Download Refund/Cancellation: Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further Assistance.

Made in the USA, in Chino, California. This is a traditional metal floor lamp features a slim profile. In a polished honey brass finish with a round ornate accent at the bottom. Topped with a cream tapered drum lamp shade.
