Yes, you can! Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing, and unfortunately, cancellations won’t be possible. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to help!

What is your return policy?

Since our phone cases are made-to-order just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. But if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us, and we’ll gladly assist you.

When will my order be shipped?

Because each case is custom-made, please allow 2-7 days for processing before shipping out. Keep in mind that this doesn’t include the actual delivery time, but we’ll update you as soon as it’s on its way!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We don’t currently offer expedited shipping because each case is made-to-order, ensuring top quality.

Can you ensure delivery by a specific date?

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date due to the custom nature of our products. We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure it arrives on time. Thank you for understanding!

Why hasn’t my package arrived yet?

The tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
