Can I track my order?

If you have ordered a card or an invitation sample (unless a tracked upgrade has been purchased) your order will be sent via Royal Mail letter service which does not have a tracking number. Normal delivery times are between 1-3 days but Royal Mail does not allow us to claim for a lost order for 10 working days.

Do you have matching wedding stationery?

All invitation designs have matching stationery, from save the dates, thank you cards, seating plans and table decor. Keep your theme consistent from start to finish. These are all available on our website. You'll find the website link right above the Shop Policies section on this page.

How do I send you the wording for my order?

Once you’ve placed an order, simply email beth@scotchbaystudio.co.uk with your personalisation details, either typed into the email or attached as a Word doc. Please include your Name and Etsy Order Number in the email subject line. Please DO NOT send photo's or screenshots of your personalisation as we are unable to copy this into your design.
