Returns & Refunds

All items are produced individually once an order is placed (print-on-demand). For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

For EU customers: if the item is not personalized, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival — in which case we will cover the costs or provide a replacement/refund.
