▪️ Please add your personalisation wording in the personalisation box
▪️ You also choose whether you want plain pages or 50 lined pages in the drop down menu titled ‘type of page’ (PLEASE NOTE: lines are printed on one side of each page).
▪️ Please take great care in telling me both the wording you require on the Notebook, so there are no mistakes made. I will write exactly what you put so please double check for spelling mistakes or any other accidental errors.
▪️ Once I have all the info I need you can relax and leave the rest to me! I will layout the personalisation for you in the best possible way.
▪️ Once I have received all your personalised details and there are no issues with your personalised details sent, the notebook is posted out within 1-2 working days. Please see below for delivery information.

❌ I do not personalise the back of the notebook for buyers.
❌ I do not offer a Gift Wrapping service
❌ I do not send previews of notebooks, so please to avoid disappointment, you now know the answer if you were to ask.

🚚 There are 3 delivery options available upon checking out to speed up the delivery process.
▪️ Standard Delivery (Free): takes 3-7 working days after dispatch
▪️ Economy Delivery (£2+): takes 1-3 working days after dispatch
▪️ Express Delivery (£12+): takes 1 working day after dispatch and is delivered before 13:00 - you must order before 10:00am for your order to be dispatched on the same day.
⚠️ Orders cannot be dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays so please bare this in mind when ordering⚠️

🔸 Replacements are only given if the item is damaged during transit, providing you send proof, we aim to post out a replacement to you within 1 day. We do not send refunds on damaged products only replacements. Your rights to return the goods will not apply in the following circumstances:
