Can I cancel my order?

We allow a 48-hour cancellation window for our customers. Once we begin production on your custom sign, we can no longer offer cancellations as each sign is personalized

My sign was damaged in shipping or isn't what I expected. What can be done?

If you have any issues with your sign, please reach out to us via Etsy messenger within 48 hours of receiving your sign. You will need to retain your box until further notice.
