1. How durable are these beaded stretch necklaces?
They’re made with high-quality elastic and tightly finished knots. With normal wear and proper care (avoiding water, lotions, and tugging), they last a long time.
2. Do the beads fade or lose color?
The glass seed beads keep their color extremely well and stay vibrant. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemicals and exposure to water and they will maintain their color and shine.
3. Can kids wear these necklaces?
Yes — I offer sizes from child through adult. For children under 5, adult supervision is recommended due to small parts.
4. Will the necklace stretch out over time?
To prolong the lifespan of your new necklace, it is suggested to gently stretch over your head from the back and then over your face. Excessive stretching will reduce the necklace’s flexibility over time.
5. Can I customize the color pattern or do I pick from preset mixes?
I offer 48 different color mixes and several game day mixes as well as up to 24 solid colors. Some listings only offer solid colors while other offer the mixes. If you need something custom send me a message and I would be happy to help you out.
6. What if I need a size that isn’t listed?
I currently offer 12” all the way to 30” necklace sizes. If you need something smaller or bigger send me a message first and I would be happy to help.
7. Are these hypoallergenic?
Yes-glass beads are hypoallergenic. I often use 18k gold plated, stainless steel and acrylic beads as well.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Each item is individually packaged and ready to gift.
9. Can I include a gift note in the package?
Yes- you can do so at checkout
10. Can I get a replacement if it breaks?
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or breaks upon first use I will either issue a refund or a replacement depending on the situation. I take great pride in the construction of my jewelry and they should not break, even from daily use if treated gently.
11. Are these necklaces good for sensitive skin?
Yes-you should have no issues at all because the bracelets are made with glass beads and 18k gold plated and stainless steel
12. What size do most adults wear?
A typical woman’s size is between 14”-20”
13. Can I rush my order or upgrade shipping?
Yes, I currently offer USPS priority mail express which is 1-2 business days (estimated).
