EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
If you wish to exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing via Etsy messages or email within 14 days of receiving the package.

Return Procedure
- After notification, you will receive return instructions from us.
- Depending on the country of shipment, we can provide a return label, or you may need to purchase one yourself.
- Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, unless the delivered product does not match the description in the listing; in that case, we will cover the return costs.

Customs and Import Fees
- Any customs duties or import fees are always the responsibility of the customer. These fees are charged by the postal or courier service delivering the shipment.
- Please provide an accurate delivery address, a valid email address, and preferably a phone number so the carrier can contact you regarding any fees.
- If the carrier cannot reach you and the package is returned to us, the return shipping costs and the original outbound shipping costs (even if “free shipping” was stated in the listing) will be deducted from the refund. Proof of these costs can be provided upon request.
- Total shipping costs (outbound + return) can range from €25 to €200 depending on the country and shipping options. We ship from the Netherlands (EU).

Handling Fees
- If we do not receive a timely response from you and we must repeatedly deal with the postal or courier service to retrieve the package, additional handling fees may be charged. These can range from €0 to €200, depending on the required effort and time.
- For expensive items, arranging a return can require significant time and administrative work. These hours will be charged to the customer.

Condition of the Product
Returns are only accepted if the product is returned in the same condition as delivered. Any decrease in value caused by use or damage may be deducted from the refund.
