How do I access my files?

Once your payment clears, Etsy sends out a download notification email (from transaction@etsy.com). This sometimes goes to spam or the junk folder. This email has a link for instant access. You can also access your files through your Etsy account. To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Please don't hesitate to contact me if this doesn't work for you. I'm happy to email you the files if needed.

You can print your downloaded files on your home printer or a photo developer, or a professional printing resource (i.e. Staples, Kinko’s, Costco, Officeworks in Australia, Boots in the U.K., etc.). I would recommend getting matte or semi-matte photo paper (instead of glossy) for a more artistic look.

Do you offer printables in other sizes?

Most prints are available in all kinds of sizes, if you need a specific size, please, don't hesitate to send me a message prior to purchase and I will let you know if it is available.
