PLA can soften or warp in high heat. Do not leave the plaque inside a hot vehicle, near a strong heat source, or exposed to extreme summer temperatures.

1. Place Your Order
Choose your plaque size and depth, upload your image, and include any special instructions before completing checkout.

2. We Prepare Your Design
We will use your patch, badge, logo, photograph, scan, or screenshot to create the artwork for your plaque.

Clear, high resolution images provide the best results, but they are not required. We can often work with older patches, photographs, screenshots, and lower quality artwork.

If your design requires significant cleanup or changes, we will contact you before moving forward.

3. Review and Approve Your Proof
You will receive a digital proof showing the layout, colors, raised details, and overall appearance of your plaque.

Review the proof carefully and let us know if any adjustments are needed. Production will begin once the design is approved.

4. We Create Your Plaque
After approval, your plaque will be printed, assembled, inspected, and finished individually.

5. We Pack and Ship
Your completed plaque will be securely packaged and shipped ready to display.

★ PRODUCTION TIMELINE

▸ Digital proof is usually provided within 1 to 3 business days.
▸ Standard Depth production usually requires 3 to 7 business days after approval.
▸ Double Depth plaques require considerably more printing time and may need additional production time.
▸ Most orders arrive within approximately 7 to 14 business days, depending on proof approval, production requirements, and shipping speed.

★ DESIGN NOTES

▸ Every plaque is custom created from the image you provide.
▸ Fine text, thin lines, tiny numbers, or extremely small details may need to be adjusted so they print cleanly.
▸ For detailed designs, we recommend choosing the 10 inch or 12 inch size.
▸ Any necessary changes will be shown in your digital proof before production begins.
▸ Minor layer lines, surface texture, and small color variations are normal characteristics of 3D printing.
▸ Double Depth increases the thickness of the main plaque body. It does not change the overall width, height, or artwork layout.

Your production and shipping schedule depends on timely proof approval. Once the proof is approved and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

▸ Returns
Because every piece is custom made, all sales are final. Returns are accepted only if we made an error, the item is defective, or the completed item does not match the approved proof.

▸ Damage
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs if your plaque arrives damaged. We will make it right.

▸ Image Rights
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use it for your custom order. VisionAir X Designs is not responsible for intellectual property claims involving customer supplied artwork.
