I purchased a digital download...what's next?

Please note that the Etsy app doesn't allow downloading digital products at this time. To download digital files, please log into Etsy on a computer or in a browser tab on your mobile. ON A COMPUTER BROWSER: the files will be available to download automatically after your payment is processed, in your account: www.etsy.com/your/purchases ON A MOBILE BROWSER: visit www.etsy.com, log in to your account, click on your profile image in the top right corner, then go to 'purchases', select the order and click on 'download files' Some files are compressed into ZIP folders. In that case, please download on a computer to unzip and access the files.

Do you offer a rushed production fee?

Do you offer returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of our item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

What if my order is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

ShopSelah&Co is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Our products are totally okay to use for yourself or as gifts (we highly support that!) It's important to note though that any designs/items from are shop are for personal use only, meaning they may not be used in any way in which you charge money, collect fees or receive any form of remuneration. Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.
