This wooden sign features the beautiful poem 'This Is My Wish For You' by Ralph Waldo Emerson, an American essayist, lecturer, philosopher, and abolitionist who led the transcendentalist movement of the mid-19th century.

Emerson's poem offers positive spins on troubling or challenging times, for example, “rainbows to follow the clouds”.

Rainbows traditionally occur after rainstorms pass through, and the sun comes out again. Wishing for rainbows after clouds is a way of wishing for good things to come after bad.

Add a heartfelt message to the back of the sign and send it to a special someone in your thoughts.

Made from 4mm thick beech wood.

Due to the natural variations in wood grain, each sign may have slight differences, and every piece is one-of-a-kind.

Supplied with a faux suede hanging cord.

Every sign is cut and engraved exclusively by us, to order, in our studio in Durham, North-East England.
