Rustic Coffee Table Made From Reclaimed Wood – Farmhouse Style- NORTHAM

Handcrafted in our workshop, the Northam is a rustic coffee table handmade from locally sourced reclaimed pine wood. A look that combines a farmhouse barn style with simple Scandinavian design that will accentuate the look of any living room. Using our genuine reclaimed timber that is brimming with individual character and charm, creating that unique piece. Handmade to order.

The table is approx 43cm in height but this can be customised to your needs. Item pictured measures 100x70cm. If the length/width dimensions you require are not listed please get in contact for a custom quote.

Your item will be handmade to order from reclaimed pine wood and finished with your choice of Osmo tint/oil. Main item pictured is the Clear option.

Our items are made from reclaimed timber so will feature all the characteristics of its previous life such as knots, cracks, scrapes & indentations This adds a level of individuality & character & means that no two pieces will ever be the same. The pieces that we choose will show all the characteristics and charm of reclaimed wood without affecting the structural integrity of your furniture.


Our furniture is also suitable for outdoor use. Please state in the buyer notes or personalisation box if this is to be used outdoors and we will treat this accordingly.

As the reclaimed timber adjusts to the conditions in your home, over time there may be slight movement in the wood such as shrinkage between planks, as well as small cracks opening and closing depending on the environment.

Unevenness in the wood are to be expected at times. The top of your table may not be perfectly flat as reclaimed wood is not an engineered or manufactured surface. Timbers are specifically arranged to highlight each imperfection as these features and quirks add individuality to the piece. As such unstable items, such as certain wine glasses or glassware may not sit flat in certain areas so coasters are advised.

Please Note- For any desk and any table orders- they will delivered with the legs separate for logistical safety reasons, so will require assembly of the legs upon receipt We will provide these simple instructions prior to delivery.

All completion dates given are ESTIMATES ONLY, as we are a small team delays can sometimes happen.

Delivery will be a 48hr (working day) courier service from dispatch. If you require a quicker or set day delivery then please get in contact.

Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Therefore please open your item carefully and do not dispose of the original packaging.

Please look after your unwanted products, even if damaged or faulty. They must be returned carefully packaged in the original packaging to prevent further damage so we are able to inspect them.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received) within 14 days of receipt of your order.

It is the customers responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging. We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged.

We recommend using online courier compare sites to get the best quote for returns. These sites also offer a collection services. We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost items.

Once we have received your return we will process your refund. The cost of the product will be refunded within 3 days of the receipt of the return.

Damages during delivery.

In the rare event of any delivery damages, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To make a damage claim against our couriers we require photographs of the product in its original packaging with the delivery label clearly visible.

If you notice the item is clearly damaged from the outer packaging, please make the courier aware.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item we will send out a replacement to you as soon as possible. In most cases we will need the item to be returned to us and will arrange for any damaged or faulty items to be collected where necessary. We will also require photographic evidence of the products and packaging. Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so by us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on amended items, custom products, special orders, bespoke designs or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
