Refund and Return Policy

Products are printed for my by a quality company I choose to print my designs. If the order has not been submitted I can cancel and refund or make changes. If the order has been submitted to the company I cannot cancel or refund. Please contact me as soon as possible if any changes to your order are required. Refunds or replacements are only available for 15 days after an item is delivered, and only if the item is damaged or does not match your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match your order, please take photos of the item(s) and the package and contact me as soon as possible. I will respond with a request for photos and get in touch with my company. I will definitely take care of you!

Missing or Late Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame or the tracking shows something that concerns you, don't hesitate to reach out to me. I will see if I can find more information for you! If the tracking for your parcel shows that it has been delivered and you have not received it: Many times it is scanned as delivered but the actual drop off can lag by a day or 3! Check all delivery points (front door, back door, p.o. box, concierge) Ask anyone else you live with if they have received it. Call your post office If you have done all of the above and still have not found your parcel please contact me and I will do what I can to help on my end!
