When will my order ship?

Current turntimes are 3-5 business days unless specified on the listing. Please understand these items are carefully handmade and include several steps to make.Please check the associated shipping time by clicking "Shipping and Policies" in the tab of each of my listings. If you need something sooner, please convo me to see if I can rush the order

Shipping & Handling Questions

In the U.S., I send all items via USPS, which typically takes 2-4 business days. Once the packages have been delivered by me to the USPS, shipping times are out of my control. I cannot guarantee delivery date, only the shipping date. Shipping times can sometimes be delayed to to holidays, weather ect. All items are shipped with a tracking number so that you may track your package. International orders are shipped using Priority Mail w/ tracking as well, which is about a 6-10 day delivery. International orders can sometimes get held up with customs. These delays are out of my control and I cannot be held responsible for customs delays.

Any items damaged in transit must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and the shipping supplies (this will be used for insurance purposes for a refund). Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.A new item will not be sent or refund given until 1. A photo is received of the broken item or 2. The original item is sent back to seller

Can I customize the colors of any items?

Yes! I offer customization on almost all items! I have color charts for the vinyl on each listing. If you want something not listed, please convo me so we can chat details!

Can you create me something that I do not see listed in your store?

Yes! I love custom orders of all sizes. Whether you want one of something made or 1000, just convo me and we can work out the details.

All of my products are made with high quality permanent grade vinyl. These items should be hand washed only. Please do not soak these items in water, wash in the dishwasher or place in the microwave. It is recommended that you use a sponge or a soft wash cloth to wash your glass.

Refunds/ Returns/ Order Cancellations

Since orders are custom, I do not allow cancellations or refunds once orders are placed and paid for. If an item is received damaged or incorrect due to my error, a refund or replacement will be offered at no cost to the buyer. If your item was shipped and is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, no refunds or replacements will be sent and the item will have to be re-purchased including shipping costs.
