A handbag dyed with plants naturally.
For this handbag, I used my aunt's old linen tablecloths. This way, the tablecloths got a new life – last summer, I decorated them with leaves from a Lithuanian forest, which I pick myself. I also dye the fabrics myself.
This dyeing technique is called eco print. I arrange various plant leaves on the fabric, roll it into a bundle, and boil it. Each leaf leaves an authentic print on the fabric.
The colors of the handbag are ochre, gray, and khaki green. This handbag also has a natural linen-colored lining and two inner pockets. The handle is strong, braided from cotton cords. The color is dark gray.
The handbag dimensions are:
