I made these magnets when I was a teenager, over 50 years ago. I started making this type before I experimented more & started making the magnets with the cord around the edge, also featured here on my store.
The quarter in photo is part of description for size reference.
This style is quite solid & durable, is about 1/16” thick & the edge is sealed with paint.

The story behind the magnets: Not only are my magnets a “blast from the past”, made with original images from primarily the 80’s (but some’70’s) but they also provided a means of support & survival. I send an insert with further information with orders.
The construction of the magnets stayed basically the same, but there were minor changes so if you might receive magnets that are made slightly differently. I hope you will enjoy my vintage handmade magnets.
