Sizing details & Care Instructions

Most of the item specifications can be found in the images for each of the items however if you have any specific questions which are not answered, please reach out to us at any time and we would be more than happy to assist you. Care instructions are provided in either the product images or in the description section of the product. If you cannot find it please reach out to us and will send you all of the required information.

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

We're unable to guarantee specific delivery dates, as shipping times are controlled by the carrier once your order leaves our production facility. However, we do everything on our end to get your order out as quickly as possible — most orders ship gift-ready within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can monitor progress directly with the carrier. If you're ordering for a specific event or date, we recommend ordering as early as possible to allow plenty of time for delivery. Message us before ordering if you have a tight deadline and we'll let you know if it's achievable.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to arrive gift-ready. Glass cutting boards and charcuterie boards are wrapped securely in protective padding inside a clean box — perfect for last-minute weddings, housewarmings, and surprise moments where you don't have time to wrap yourself. Shipping directly to the recipient? No problem. Many customers ship straight to the bride, the new homeowner, or the realtor's client. Your gift, their door, our presentation. Has my order shipped?

When you receive a shipping notification from Etsy, it means your shipping label has been created and your order has been sent to our production team for fulfillment. It does not always mean your package has physically left the facility yet. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to the door. Returning/Cancelling orders

We appreciate your understanding of our order cancellation policy. Once an order has been processed, which includes the printing of the order slip and shipping label, as well as sending it off to our production line, it cannot be cancelled. Please understand that we are unable to offer refunds for shipping delays caused by USPS or any other shipping carrier. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but once the package is in the carrier's hands, any delays or issues are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Broken or Damaged Items

We appreciate your cooperation in reporting any damaged items you receive. In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, it is crucial that you promptly contact us and provide a photo of the damage. This photo is essential for us to file a claim with the insurance provider. Without the photo, we are unable to proceed with the claim or replace the damaged item. Please understand that filing a claim for insurance is a necessary step in ensuring that we can provide you with a replacement item and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Your assistance in providing the photo will greatly assist us in expediting the claims process and ensuring a satisfactory resolution for you.

Items marked as delivered but not received

We understand that it can be concerning when an item is marked as delivered but you have not received it. In such cases, we recommend reaching out to your local post office as they will have the most up-to-date information regarding the delivery of your package. Unfortunately, once an item is marked as delivered, it is typically considered outside of our control. Instances of stolen packages can occur, and we are unable to replace items in these situations. However, we encourage you to contact your local post office to report the issue and inquire about any available options or remedies they may have. To help ensure the safe delivery of your packages, we recommend having a secure location designated for package deliveries.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we're unable to accept the return at our warehouse or resend the order. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase — especially if you're shipping directly to a recipient. We process and ship orders quickly, which means address changes may not always be possible after checkout. If you believe you've entered an incorrect address, message us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
