I can't find my download notification email

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future. You can still access your digital purchases in your account.

Where can I find my digital purchase in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Note: If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

I'm having trouble downloading my files

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

I don't see any SVG files in my download. There's PNG, EPS, JPG, DXF and a weird file type.

Ensure that the default for SVG files on your computer is Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio (or another SVG compatible program). If the files type is, "Microsoft Edge HTML", ensure that your SVG compatible program is 1) installed and 2) defaulted to your compatible program. See here for instructions: https://helpdeskgeek.com/how-to/how-to-change-the-default-program-to-open-a-file-with/

Can I use your SVGs commercially?

No, however you can purchase a one-time commercial license ($25 USD) on listings except when it says 'not available for commercial licensing'. Commercial license does NOT include reselling it digitally in whole or in part on Etsy or POD websites such as Printify, RedBubble etc. Commercial use is for creating physical end products yourself and selling them in-person. Please contact us if you have questions.

Custom and personalised orders

I would be happy to take a custom order. Please message me!

I changed my mind on my purchase. Can I return or exchage it?

Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of the files, I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If you are experiencing issues with your download, please contact me and I can do my best to help you.

I can't find my download.

You should have received the download link in the order confirmation from Etsy. I have no control over this nor how long Etsy takes to process your order. Please check your junk/spam folder in your email address that Etsy has on file. You can also find your download by logging into your Etsy account and under your icon at the top right corner, click on 'Purchases and Reviews'. Your download will be under there.

Discover our 3D raven SVG design. This paper cut light box has 6 layers and comes with its own shadow box SVG to cut out from cardstock ... or use your own purchased frame! The layers are numbered for easy assembly, and comes with instructions and tips too. This 3D layered shadowbox would make a nice birthday gift or Halloween gift for that gothic person in your life!

This 3D raven and rose SVG layered shadowbox is sized for 12x12", but you can easily resize it to include in your own square frame (minimum recommended size and tested as 8x8"). Put foam squares, foam core etc between the layers to make the 3D design. Add LED lights behind your picture when framed and you have your own shadow box....very easy to do! Can also use different colored cardstock to give a different look.

This 3D crow SVG template is for cutting machines (ex: Silhouette SVG or Cricut SVG) to make your own 3D papercut lightbox. Hang it on a wall or put it on an end table for a classic art dog SVG conversation piece. Colors shown are for example only...switch up your cardstock and change the look. Your home decor will be taken to a whole other level!
