How to Choose Your Size:

Measure the width of your ring’s band (shank) in millimeters and match it to the W (width) listed.
Once matched, the guard will typically snug the ring by about ½–1 size.

Steps to Attach the Ring Guard:

1. Position the Guard
• Hold the ring guard so that the curved ends face outward and the straight bar is centered inside the ring.

2. Attach One Side First
• Slide one curved end over the bottom part of the ring band. You may need to slightly press or adjust it to fit securely around the band.

3. Secure the Other Side
• Repeat the same process with the other curved end, making sure it snaps around the band. The ring guard should grip both sides of the band firmly.

4. Adjust for Comfort
• Ensure the ring guard is centered and aligned properly. If needed, gently press the ends inward with pliers to tighten it around the band for a snug fit.

5. Test Fit
• Try wearing the ring to check if it feels secure and comfortable. If the ring still moves too much, you may need a different size guard or adjust the placement.

Refund Timeline

All returns are reviewed upon receipt. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. Please allow 3–7 business days after delivery for processing. Processing times may be longer during holidays or other periods when the shop is closed.

• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags.
• Returns are not accepted after 10 days from delivery.

Rejected Returns

We reserve the right to reject returns that are sent outside the stated return window or do not meet our return conditions.

If a return is sent after 10 days from delivery, or if it does not meet return eligibility requirements (including condition and tag requirements), the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to the buyer. In such cases, the cost of return shipping back to the buyer will be deducted from any eligible refund, or the buyer may be required to pay return shipping before the item is sent back.

Items returned without prior contact or outside the return window may experience delayed processing.

Tag Requirement (Important)

All items must be returned with the original tags fully attached and untampered.
Items with removed, cut, altered, or reattached tags cannot be verified for condition or authenticity and therefore:
• Will not be eligible for a refund, or
• May be subject to a 50% restocking fee, at our discretion.

Delivery Issues / Return to Sender (RTS)
