Seller's description

Specifications

May include: Five bone-shaped carvings made of a mottled, beige and brown patterned stone. Each piece features a smooth, polished surface with intricate, organic swirling textures throughout, arranged in a diagonal line from top left to bottom right.

A bone made from a dinosaur bone! Great Atlasaurus fossilized dinosaur bone heart carving from Morocco! UV reactive! Genuine dinosaur bone!

Your choice!

Each piece is approximately 1.70 inches tall and weighs between 15-19 grams.

Classified as a primitive neosauropod, the Atlasaurus is known from a single but nearly complete skeleton found in in the High Atlas mountains in Morocco. It had a very short neck relative to its body size. Its legs were very long and good proportionated for attaining relatively high speeds compared to most sauropods.

It was classified as a relatively primitive sauropod identified as a "cetiosaur" when first discovered, although upon further study, Atlasaurus appears to be closer to Brachiosaurus than to any other known sauropod based on detailed similarities between the vertebral column and limbs. However, more recent analyses have considered it to be a putative member of the Turiasauria. The most recent analysis of turiasaurs recovers Atlasaurus as a brachiosaurid.

Each crystal is unique as it has been made from earth and then carved and polished. Small flaws, natural fissures, druzy pockets, vugs, and cracks are commonly found on many crystals.
