Any items returned as undeliverable, refused, incorrect address, or similar, it is the buyers responsibility to pay all shipping charges associated with re-shipping the item(s). When will I receive my order?

All pillow covers are individually handmade. Please view our listings for our current production time. This does not include weekends or holidays. We offer free standard shipping with delivery in 5-8 business days. For some covers faster shipping is available for purchase during the checkout process. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Can I return my pillow cover?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All of our individually handmade pillow covers are made-to-order specifically for you.

Why does the color look different in person?

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings and natural variations between fabric dye lots, which is common in the textile industry. If color accuracy is important, we highly recommend purchasing a sample before ordering.
