I am from Germany, will I get charged for the packing materials used when you ship me my item?

Here we have such a quirky item. W believe it to be silk, however it could be a mixed fabric as the contents of the fabric aren't listed anywhere. It is stimated to be from the 1980s to 1990s. Okay condition, but it does have a little food residue on and a couple of tiny thread pulls but barely noticeable at all. Hence the clearance sale price as it will need tk be laundered.
