Can you do rush orders?

Definitely! Please send us a message through Etsy first to discuss availability. A charge may be applied- and we still cannot guarantee the arrival date.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

How do I apply my vinyl decal?

1. Carefully peel clear film from the white paper, decal will come with the clear transfer film. (if decal does not fully attach to clear film, lay it back down and use your nail to trace the design to help it stick) 2. Place decal and clear film on clean designated surface. 3. Use finger to press decal and clear film to surface. 4. Slowly peel back clear film, leaving the decal behind.

How do I download my printable?

Printable items will be available to download immediately after payment is processed. You will be emailed a link with the files and they will also be available under the “purchases and reviews” section on your Etsy page. You will be able to access these whenever you are ready and download as many times as you need.

If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

How soon can I get my order?

Our turnaround time for most items is about 2-4 days. This is the amount of time it takes for us to get your order in the mail. Free shipping is 3-7 days and express is 2-4 days. The time will vary by distance as we ship from Georgia. We cannot guarantee arrival dates at this time.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. We do have a photo proof package listing for purchase if you are interested. We also sometimes share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram @thegamedayfamily
