COLOR BASE CONCENTRATES are pre-mixed in their own nitrocellulose suspension, providing a stable and most compatible solution for formulating all types of nail polish creations that require color pigment, ie, jelly's, crelly's, holos, shimmers, mattes, multichromes, thermos, creams, etc!

Unlike most retailers of nail polish crafting supplies, I myself am an experienced indie nail polish crafter and ONLY use the products I offer in my own creations. ELIMINATE THE TIME, HASSLE AND INSECURITY OF INSOLUBLE POWDERED PIGMENTS THAT CLUMP AND LAKE DYES THAT HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO BE UNSTABLE, CHANGE COLOR, THICKEN, BECOME DRY AND MAY CONTAIN PIGMENT THAT STAIN THE NAILS AND IS DERIVED FROM ANIMALS.

Please note that a crelly polish requires more opacity and luster than that required for a jelly polish which is defined as being slightly tinged with color and is virtually translucent with little to no opacity or luster.
