Windshield Sprayer Nozzle Replacement Kit (Pair)- Fits 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ and Comanche MJ

This is a kit of 2 windshield washer nozzle/sprayer/squirter for the 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ and 1986-1992 Jeep Comanche MJ.  The sprayers have a redesigned mounting point to eliminate the mini Christmas tree, replacing it with a small set screw that will securely keep it in place.  This also allows for much easier removal and eliminates the constant issue of breaking the mounting tab off during disassembly.  They also include a brass fitting for the hose connection instead of the original plastic barb fitting.  These are designed to give a similar fan like spray pattern that the originals do, to ensure you still get full coverage of washer fluid on the windshield.

INSTALLATION:

1.  Remove the wiper arms by pulling them up and pulling out the locking tabs at their base.  These can be very tight if they haven't been removed in some time, use a flat head screwdriver to help pull them out.  Just be very careful of the windshield.

2.  Remove the screws holding the cowl panel in place and flip the cowl panel forward and lay it upside down on the hood.

3.  Pull the hoses off of the wiper sprayers.

4.  Now remove the tree clips using a panel clip removal tool, mini crowbar, or a flat head screwdriver.  The mounting tab is very likely to break upon removal.  Slide the sprayer out of the cowl panel.

5.  Place the new sprayer into the cowl panel and tighten the screw.

6.  Reinstall the hoses, reinstall the cowl panel and it's screws, and reinstall the wiper arms making sure they sit just above the bottom edge of the windshield.  Don't forget to push the wiper arm retention tabs back in.



***DISCLAIMER***

- These are printed in black PETG plastic.  This plastic has natural UV resistance so the color won't fade over time and won't get brittle.  This plastic can start to get soft at temperatures of 190*F.  Even in extreme environments this shouldn't be an issue.  PETG parts have been used on vehicles for long periods of time without ill effects.

- If you break it due to not following instructions, over-tightening screws, or through use, you can fix it with some super glue or you can message me to purchase a replacement part.

- This is a made to order part.  We print and ship as soon as possible, please allow ample time for me to process and ship.

- Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.  After this time a return/refund will not be accepted nor will a replacement part be sent out due to shipping damage.
