When will I receive my reading(s)?

My working hours are listed in the announcements section of my shop. Your reading will be delivered within 24 hours of purchase. Please be patient, as I am working on multiple readings at once to ensure each one is given the attention it deserves. 💖 I’ll send you a message as soon as your reading is ready!

📥 How can I download my reading?

You can download your reading directly from your purchase history on Etsy. To make things easier, I’ll include step-by-step instructions for downloading your file. Having trouble? No worries! I’ll make sure you get your reading by: ✔️ Sending it via Etsy messages ✔️ Creating a new download link ✔️ Sending screenshots if needed I’m always here to help! 💫

💰 Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Yes! If your reading hasn’t been delivered yet, you can request a cancellation for a full refund—no questions asked. Once your reading has been delivered, I typically do not offer refunds. However, if you’re truly unhappy with your reading, please reach out to me before leaving a review. I want you to feel heard and supported, and I’m happy to work with you to make things right—whether that means clarifying details or offering a refund. My goal is to help, not just to sell readings. ❤️

🔮 My reading didn’t resonate at all—why?

Tarot and psychic readings are based on current energies, not fixed outcomes. Your future is shaped by your choices, actions, and personal growth. Energy shifts constantly, which means a reading that doesn’t fully make sense now may unfold over time. If you feel disconnected from your reading, I can: ✔️ Provide further insight to clarify details ✔️ Offer a new reading free of charge if needed Specific questions get the best results! If you have concerns, just message me—I’m here to help. 💜

📩 I purchased a reading but haven’t received an email or message—what should I do?

There’s no need to worry! If you haven’t heard from me yet, it simply means I’m still working on your reading. I’ll message you as soon as it’s ready. I don’t send emails—all communication is through Etsy messages. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out!

📧 Etsy says my files are ready to download, but I don’t see them—why?

This is a common Etsy issue. Etsy automatically sends a notification for digital orders, but that doesn’t mean your reading has been delivered yet. If I haven’t messaged you, your reading is still in progress. No need to check your purchase history or email—just wait, and I’ll reach out once it’s ready!

Custom and personalized orders

Your future is not set in stone. Tarot and psychic readings provide insight into your current path, but your free will shapes what happens next. To manifest your desired outcome: ✨ Take action toward your goals ✨ Stay open to opportunities ✨ Remember that life is always changing Readings guide you toward your highest potential, but they don’t control destiny—you do. 💖

Custom and personalized orders

Your reading is based on the details you provide. If a reading feels unclear, it may be because the questions were too broad. For clear, focused answers, be as specific as possible when requesting a reading. If you need more clarity, I’m happy to help!
