✨ Order Cancellation Policy:

You have a one-hour window to cancel your order after placing it. After this period, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

✨ Handling Wrong or Damaged Products:

We apologize if you've received a damaged product. Please contact us within a week of delivery with photos of the damage, your order number, and any relevant details. We'll promptly assist you in finding the best solution.

✨ Return and Refund Policy:

We accept returns for manufacturing defects. If your item has production issues, refrain from washing it, take photos of the damage, and contact us within 24 hours for resolution. Refunds are granted exclusively for wrong or damaged items. Please message us with images of the incorrect or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. Cases outside of this 30-day window cannot be addressed.

✨ Size or Color Change Requests:

We accommodate size or color change requests if your order hasn't entered production. Refer to our sizing charts in the product images. If you receive the wrong size, we'll facilitate an exchange or refund.

✨ Requesting Changes to Customized Products:

Specify your customization requests in the personalization section or contact us directly. For simple designs, we'll proceed with printing right away. For complex requirements, we'll provide a demo for your approval within 24 hours. If no response is received, we'll proceed with the nearest design to maintain our production schedule. Default colors will be used for letters/designs if no specific notes are provided.

✨ Production Process:

Our products are printed on demand, ensuring freshness and quality with each order. We use a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method, where designs are printed directly onto the fabric using eco-friendly, water-based inks.

✨ Lost Package Protocol:

If your package is lost, please reach out to us for assistance. If the package is marked as delivered, we recommend contacting your local shipping carrier. For secure delivery, opt for the “Signature Required” option at checkout. Once delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
