I love a sticker. I love a chart. I love a sticker chart. This product was inspired by the severe lack of non-potty-training charts available for this modern habit-tracker. My options seemed to be limited to Paw Patrol or Frozen. So I created my own sticker chart! It instantly became the top seller in my shop, and now I've branched into other designs completely for the novelty of the change.

Print this witty design and fill in your own goals! Start small - reward yourself for things you're already doing anyway to trick your inner skeptic into actually using the system! Head to the dollar store to find tiny stickers, or use different colors of gel pens to fill in your bubbles! Store this chart in your planner or stick it where you can actually see it! Maybe you'll put one on your fridge, one next to your workspace, and one next to your bathroom mirror.

Your download comes in a single 8.5"x11" PDF. You may resize it for use in smaller planners, but your stickers will have to be teeny tiny! Feel free to cut it out and paste it into larger planner pages. We're all about simplicity here in ADHD land.
