3. After your purchase, please email us a photo of your pet along with your Etsy order number. Please refer to our photo guidelines in the images to ensure the best print quality!

📸PHOTO GUIDELINES (SEE EXAMPLE IN THE PHOTOS) These are simply guidelines; we can work with anything, just try to provide the BEST photo. You can provide as many photos as you like. For orders with multiple pets, feel free to provide individual photos of each pet.

1. We recommend a photo of your pet sitting or standing.
2. Get close to your pet and pose or take a photo from its head to its chest.
3. A well-lit photo or a photo taken outdoors on a sunny day.
4. We suggest not using accessories on the pets in order to better capture their unique characteristics. If the provided image contains accessories, they will also be included in the portrait unless otherwise requested.
