Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personalized nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Because every item is custom-made, I will only ship replacements for no charge if errors are my fault. In order to avoid any errors, please include specifics in your order and I will confirm any questions regarding details with you prior to beginning your order! In the event that the item is compromised in transit, please provide a photo of the damage and a replacement will be sent right away. Any issues must be brought to my attention within 5 business days of delivery.

How many letters fit on a hanger?

The maximum number of letters/spaces is about 18-20 in the wire. If you do have a long name/phrase just let me know and I will do my best to make it work and if I don't feel it will come out well, make suggestions for alternatives.

I'm purchasing an item as a gift, can you include a gift message? Can you gift wrap?

Yes! I would be happy to include a note for the gift recipient. Please check the box during checkout to mark your item as a gift and leave your message in the box provided. Please ensure that you include the name of who it is from, because Etsy doesn't automatically include the buyer name. I do not offer gift wrapping, but each hanger is wrapped in protective bubble and decorative tissue paper, ready for gift giving.

Do you offer a discount for large orders of hangers?

♦︎ In the text box, please include your personalization request. Please double check your spelling and input capitals and lowercase letters exactly as you would like them engraved. Please do not exceed 20 characters for the name on the 1st line and 25 characters for the 2nd line beneath the line.

♦︎ If the name exceeds the limit, please contact me at handcraftedaffairs [!at] gmail.com and I will let you know if the longer name is possible!

♦︎ Please check my shop announcement or policies for current turnaround times. If you need the hanger by a specific date, please include that in the notes so that I can make sure you have it in ample time:-)
