Solid opal pendant made with a piece of Coober Pedy white base opal in a hand made setting.
One side has bright green, yellow, blue pinfire, other side shows big blocky type pattern in green, yellow, gold.
Very difficult to photograph!
Opal weighs 2ct and measures 17 x 10mm approx.
Different colours and patterning on either side, 2 pendants in one!

I source and cut all my own opals, mostly from Australia. So I can guarantee that all my opals are natural, I don't use lab made or artificial opals.
I only give carat weight for solid opals - I disagree with people giving weights for doublets as it's likely >60% of the opal is NOT precious opal!
Even more so for triplets - it's likely <5% is opal!

Pricing on all items is reflected in the quality of the opal - I try to make sure all opal I use in my jewellery is good quality, the better the play of colour, brightness, types of colour present all affect the pricing of the opal itself.

I try to describe the colours in the stone as best as I can, sometimes it not easy!!
Pictures are all taken on a Panasonic TZ7 camera under 20w bulb (halogen and/or fluorescent) or natural light - and are not altered or photo-shopped in any way.
I make all my own settings for my jewellery.
Every piece of jewellery you find here is unique - it's all handmade by myself.

Feel free to ask for a video of any items if you are interested opals are not easy to picture with any accuracy, video is always better!

WITHIN THE UK:
Any jewellery under £100 will be sent by Royal Mail.
All of our jewellery pieces valued £100-£500 are shipped by Royal Mail next day 1pm signed for.
Items with a value over £500 are shipped via insured UPS.
It is insured for the amount the customer has paid for the item.
Your package will be fully tracked, insured, and signature required.
OUTSIDE THE UK:
Items up to £250 will be shipped by Royal mail international tracked delivery.
Packages are tracked and insured.

Items over £250 to USA & Canada will be shipped via DHL or UPS.
It is insured for the amount the customer has paid for the item.
Your package will be fully tracked, insured, and signature required.
All we ask is that you pay £10 for shipping and we will take care of the rest.
