What type of printing do you do?

We use Direct-To-Garment printing. In this process images are inkjet printed directly into the shirt instead of vinyl that is on top of the shirt. Note: Colors of shirt & print may appear slightly different due to different computer monitor calibrations.

What if my item says delivered, but I never got it?

First, open a case with USPS at this link: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm Contact us within 7 business days. Let us know what USPS says.

What if I accidentally entered the wrong address?

You're responsible for entering the correct address. If caught early, it may be changed. If returned, we can reship at your expense. No refunds on original shipping or item cost.
