What should I do if there is a problem with the item I received?

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us; we will be happy to help. To resolve the issue, we require a clear, high-quality photo showing the issue with the item.

When will my order ship?

Most of our items are made to order and typically take 2-5 business days to prepare before shipping unless stated otherwise. To be safe, we recommend allowing up to 7 days. Thank you for your understanding!

Why isn't my tracking information showing movement?

Once your order has a tracking number attached, we or one of our printing partners will hand it over for transit. Please allow 24-72 hours for the initial scans to appear in the tracking. "Pre-Transit" doesn't indicate a delay on our end, but it means the shipment is awaiting a carrier scan. Unfortunately, contacting the carrier or us about your tracking status will not speed up the process. We appreciate your patience. Please allow a minimum of ten full business days for US orders and 30 full business days for the rest of the world with no tracking updates before assuming a package is missing.

When will my order be delivered? (US Customers)

While transit time is impossible to guarantee and subject to vary, most US orders will arrive in approximately 3-7 business days. Our relationship with all mail carriers is the same as yours, and we will not personally deliver your package. The USPS informed us that any transit or delivery-related issues should be resolved with your local post office. Please provide the tracking information we provided for you, as they will have the most accurate information about their delivery drivers and package whereabouts. If you need further assistance, please contact us directly via a private Etsy message. Note: If your tracking still needs to be updated, please refer to our FAQ above regarding scans.

Some of the items in my order are missing. Where are they?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Don't worry; your items have been remembered. Reasons for the variations include using different printing partners, which help fulfill items, as well as varying processing times and stock availability. Every item will always come with tracking information at no extra cost when ready. The tracking information will be available in your order details under "My Purchases" once it is prepared.

Return To Sender/Incomplete Addresses

The USPS usually holds packages for two weeks before returning them, so please contact your local post office to pick up your package with your tracking information. Your order will be shipped to the address you provided. By placing an order, you acknowledge your full responsibility to ensure the address's accuracy, completeness, and currency. If your order is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it once it is received and for any additional postage charges incurred when we retrieve it from the post office.
