Item was exactly as advertised. It does exactly what it’s suppose to. Would have been 5 stars easy. Only slight “complaint” that isn’t a big complaint is that when I tease the hair it does tend to pull through a bit from the other side. Which is why I originally wanted this, it shows to keep the hair firmly gripped and separate while teasing. It’s not the hugest issue at this time. It’s not happening that much. When I use it to do wavys I will just have to adjust how I do it. It also may be occurring bc I use a very small amount of hair when making dreadlocks. About .2-.4oz of a strand. So perhaps that’s just such a small amount it has issue securing it. But it is a great addition to my dreadlock making experience! I love the way it looks. Very beautiful piece that I love very much!

Thank you so much! I’m really happy you love the wooden dreadlock stand 💛 It’s made from solid oak, a very strong and durable type of wood. The surface is finished with high-quality Danish oil, which is quite expensive but absolutely worth it. This oil protects the wood beautifully and keeps it in great condition for a very long time. Every stand is fully sanded, treated, and prepared to serve you for years. A small tip: when you’re not using the stand, keep it stored open, not tightened. This helps the elastic inside stay strong for longer. It’s sturdy anyway, but this little habit will extend its lifespan even more 💫 Thank you again for your review — it really means a lot! 🌿🖤
